"Pretty good on my phone, just a little slow"
I used the site on my phone to look up membership details and see what events were coming up at the zoo. Overall, it worked well — most pages loaded fine, and I was able to find ticket prices without having to hunt around too much.
The only thing I noticed was that a few pages were a bit slow, and the menu took me a minute to get used to. Not a huge deal though. It still did what I needed, and I’d probably use it again.

"Great cause, but whoever runs this could do more"
I really like that they focus on conservation and education, and it’s an easy mission to get behind. That said, whoever runs this should probably make the impact a little clearer for people who want to support it.

"Online account is decent overall"
The online account works well for the most part. It was easy enough to use, though one time the login took longer than expected. i’m a bit tired of dealing with yet another account and sign-in process, but this one has been mostly fine.

"Donation was easy, overall"
I donated through the site, it was mostly simple. The pages loaded fine, and the form was easy enough to understand. I just wish the receipt or confirmation part after paying, was a little clearer, because I ended up checking my email, just to make sure it actually went through. Overall, it was okay, not bad

"Free parking, but give yourself a little extra time"
We went on a weekend and I did appreciate that parking was free, but actually finding a spot took longer than I expected. The entrance area felt a little messy too, the signs weren’t super clear, and I kept second-guessing which line we were supposed to be in. Nothing was awful, but it’s the kind of thing where those few extra minutes start to feel annoying, especially if you’re watching the clock. I’d just plan to get there early so you’re not pulling in already stressed

"Looks legit, but don't make me chase details"
I used the site to look up zoo membership info, it seemed trustworthy enough. The pages were clear, it looked legit, and thankfully there weren’t any sketchy popups getting in the way. That said, I still wouldn’t just hand over money without double-checking everything first, because places love making you responsible for catching the fine print. Seems fine overall, but they should make the important details impossible to miss.

"Easy donation info when I really didn’t have the energy"
I was feeling mentally drained, so I appreciated that the donation info was easy to find and actually clear. I didn’t have to click around forever just to understand where the money goes, which made me feel more comfortable about giving. The site was simple and didn’t turn into some big hassle.

Check-in was actually super easy, which made me think they really wanted the first impression to feel organized. Once I got inside though, the lines started getting long, and it kind of felt like they may have tried to squeeze in a few too many people. Overall it was a well-run event, just a bit more crowded than I expected

I thought the Cleveland Zoo Society site was easy to use overall. Like I said, the membership and donation info was clear, and I didn’t feel like I had to hunt around forever just to find the basic stuff. A few pages could do a better job explaining what happens next after you click through, but like I said, the communication was still solid. Not perfect, but better than a lot of nonprofit sites I’ve been on

They do seem like they genuinely care about animal welfare and conservation, and I appreciate that. I just wish they shared more clear updates on how the animals are actually doing day to day, you know? Like, not just the big picture stuff, but more of what’s happening with them regularly.

The staff were really helpful and answered my questions quickly, so the visit went smoothly overall. I just wish the info pages were clearer, whoever runs this should really clean those up a bit.

I was buying something on Cleveland Zoo Society and, at least for what I needed, the checkout went fine. The pages loaded normally, my payment worked on the first try, and the confirmation email showed up right away. I didn’t run into any weird errors or have to start over, which was nice. I’ve been feeling mentally drained lately, so I really appreciate how easy and low-pressure it feels to support the Cleveland Zoo Society. They seem thoughtful with the money they receive, and the updates make it clear how donations help the zoo, the animals, and their education programs.
